Wednesday morning, around 7:20. I'm at the train station, on my way to the platform where my train will depart. It's still fairly quiet.

I become aware of a male voice, cheerfully singing a wordless song. When I look in the direction where the sound is coming from I see a young man, dressed in hiking gear with a back pack and a woolly hat, purposefully striding towards one of the vending machines. Over his outdoor clothes he's wearing full Masonic regalia, a yellow-lined apron and a yellow collar. The regalia look new and unsoiled, in spite of the rainy weather we'd been having for several days.

He inserts a couple of coins into the machine and takes out a Twix candybar. I hear him say something like "This is what I wanted" and then he's on his way again, singing happily.
