I'm back at work, and going to college on Fridays again. I've got a number of tests in the coming months and I've got a lot of reading to do, so weblog updates may be few and far between.
I ran into this site when I was looking for something else: Press release October 25 2001. Comparative research in Amsterdam, San Francisco and Bremen reveals that penal policy regarding the use of cannabis has hardly any influence on the use patterns of experienced cannabis users. The samples reveal no substantial differences in intensity and circumstances of their use. Press release in Dutch and English, report in English.
